Caretaker & cleaner:

The caretaker visits regularly to carry out various cleaning, care taking and maintenance duties and assist tenants as required.

The role of the cleaner is to clean the shared living areas regularly – including washing timber floors, cleaning bathrooms and rubbish removal and to carry out general maintenance cleaning duties that would not be expected of tenants. Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after themselves in all common areas including the kitchen, lounge and bathrooms, and are required to keep common areas free of personal belongings. Tenants are responsible for cleaning their bedroom. A vacuum cleaner and necessary cleaning equipment is available to all tenants.

Employed cleaning staff have a common area key only and do not have access to private rooms.
