Availability:
Room 3 is now available All three bedrooms will be available this month.
5GB wireless Internet, gas, electricity and water included in rental.

Please contact us  for more information about current and future room availability and rates.
There are two queen-bed bedrooms and one single-bed bedroom - available for single occupation only.
Room rates range between $240 and $260 per week for single occupation of each room.
Rental includes Internet, gas, electricity, water usage and regular common area cleaning.
Four weeks' rental on entry is preferred, then residents may choose to make weekly, fortnightly or monthly rental payments.

Lease:
Please contact Lynda to discuss your requirements.
The property is leased according to Residential Tenancy guidelines.
Tenants must provide appropriate photo identification and suitable references.

Bond:
A bond is payable on entry in to the property.
Bond payment is not more than the equivalent of 1 month's rental.
Bond is lodged with the Residential Tenancy Bond Authority.
The bond is returned to vacating tenants according to Residential Tenancy guidelines.
